New construction completed Dec 2025. Need lawn established with seeding / fertilizer and an irrigation system.

Large leak in irrigation system. May need to replace one of the controllers in the front yard. Pipe is broken where it enters the valve. Likely other damage, unknown until current leak is fixed. Appears to be a Rainbird valve in the front yard close to the driveway.

200 Noah Loop, Oxford. Corner lot. Came outside about a week ago and met you; we looked at front and back yard. You do our neighbors across the street. Need it started next week (June 1st, bi-weekly like we talked).

Looking for quote on irrigation system.

Just had first child, no longer has time. House is on a corner with a side yard (mow + edge sidewalk too). Wants quality mowing/edging/trimming to keep the yard looking good this summer.

Approx 23ft by 13ft area in back yard needs re-sodded.

Need to dethatch, aerate, overseed, and possibly level.

Front and back yard. Needs the area behind the fence in the back yard weed-eated to keep long weeds off the fence.

Need Palisades zoysia installed, about 1000 sq ft.

Backyard issues: sink hole, poor drainage, weeds for lawn, old retaining wall, cracked concrete driveway.

Referred by Sheila Padgett (works together at Ole Miss). Two projects: a potential paver walkway, and repairing a French drain system in the backyard.
